標題[請問] 威寶續約疑問

因為合約到明年3月 前幾個月威寶人員有來電詢問是否續約事項 但由於是早晨來電 所以也不是很清楚當下回答了什麼 等到最近看到中華大省專案想NP到中華 詢問威寶之下才得知合約已被改到2016/03 本來到2014/03 當下整個大怒阿~~~ 續約程序不用簽字等程序嗎 只有口頭一聲就續約了...(當下也不清楚有沒有答應 威寶那邊說有錄音 因為今天是假日 客服說續約小組要等到禮拜一才會主動聯絡我 請問這樣的續約程序妥當嗎 如果違約就必須支付2000多元 由於合約是明年到期 他們都會提早詢問是否繼續續約 因為我堅持違約金只付到明年三月 不想支付到2016年... 請問有人遇到類似情況嗎 禮拜一根續約小組談翻盤機會大嗎 只是納悶明年的事情(續約)今年就下做出決定 就算當下決定這幾個月也是會有變故阿~~~ 這種情況禮拜一有可能翻盤嗎QQ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.236.5.25
