標題[問題] 遠傳的維修.............

去年八月買新的 Desire S 空機送家人， 六月多手機會自動斷電， 回遠傳直營門市 修了近一個禮拜回來，但是沒修好， 七月2號拿去修，現在還拿不到!!!!!!(因為送到聯強去修，聯強保固) 中間聯強還打拿說要收取費用 (一下要收2000 一下說要收5000)!!!!!
請問大大有什麼管道可以客訴？？ 謝謝 一年12個月的保固，維修時間就將近1個月了!!!!! --
