標題[請益] 該不該離職(工作三年最大惡夢)

當初會來這家公司 完全是人資找我 後來薪水也談得很不錯 但是進來後整個是惡夢的開始 不到兩個月就換了主管 我進來才知道每半年組織變動一次 主管指派一個老鳥教我 公司產品名稱非常複雜 還要我背好每個規格 但時在太多我有時候會忘記 因為他常常跟我說他要考試 考不會就大聲罵我 其他team的人都說 那些根本不用背 只要查一下就好 不曉得他要求這幹嘛 除了罵之外他還會人身攻擊 跟主管反應他 也只是說他會要他道歉 但她罵我是為我好= = 我之前其實有在別家公司兩年多的經驗了 但這家才快半年 我朋友說還是要撐個一年比較好看 但我重新打開104 還是有很多家願意找我去 半年離職好嗎 我受不了每天要被考試的壓力了~ 目前存款也夠我撐個半年以上沒問題 是不是面試時後解釋好離職理由就好? 謝謝 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.75.115.125 ※ 編輯: QZ 來自: 42.75.115.125 (10/05 21:51)
