看過定型化契約，
關於買受人，只有這一項：
買受人經出賣人通知交車日後15日內仍未清償尾款及各項費並辦理領車手續者，出賣人得解除本訂購合約，並沒收買受人已給付之訂金及價金，但出賣人沒收之價金，不得逾本契約書買賣價金之百分之十，但出賣人能證明所損害超過車價總額之百分之十者，不在此項

那我已付出去的錢，未領牌，依照現行法令和以上契約，可以全拿回來嗎？
