【時報-台北電】強颱蘇力來勢洶洶，氣象局8：30已發布海上颱風警報。台東至綠島的交通船，今日只開綠島至台東10：30、12：30兩班船疏散旅客回台，12、13日的交通船全日取消，14日以後則視情況決定是否復航。

此外，蘭嶼與台灣本島往來之船隻，12、13日的交通船也全日取消，14日以後看狀況決定是否復航。
