標題[請問] 請問這樣可以申訴嗎

七月份的時候我在台北市某知名英文補習班打工 然後因為在那邊工作非常不愉快 所以在大概第18天的時候 某個上班日的早上我傳了一封離職簡訊 並表達我的不滿 而那陣子也有陸續幾個同事因為待不下去而離職 到了八月十三號領到薪水的時候 我們發現我們被扣了每天一小時的休息時間 但一開始是說休息有計薪 況且休息時間我們總是繼續在忙 並沒有完整的一個小時休息 然後這份工作每天從10 or 12點到22點 可是第九、十個小時他們沒有算1.33倍 第十一、十二小時更沒有算1.66倍 遲到一分鐘是罰五塊錢 不過那邊的打卡鐘快了很多分鐘 想請問一下以上可不可以去申訴 把該要的要回來 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.80.138.62
