標題[請問] 有線電視自行插播廣告是否合法？

常在觀看廣告時，被有線電視業者蓋播廣告。 對於這個現象，稍微GOOGLE後發現些2010年時的新聞和資訊， 得知若有線電視業者和頻道節目提供者達成協議，即可在不影響節 目下播出（即於廣告時段蓋掉一般廣告），而當時NCC想對此再修法 。 於是有些好奇，現今2013年，這樣的法規是否有所變化（NCC修 過法了？）。有時候廣告看到一半被截斷，還是會有點小不爽XD 附注：NCC似乎已通過修法限制有線電視業者的跑馬燈文字訊息 了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.75.212.154 ※ 編輯: donkilling 來自: 42.75.212.154 (08/28 17:39)
