【張勵德／台北報導】從今天凌晨到上午，康芮颱風環流帶來為中南部地區帶來劇烈降雨，中央氣象局上午9時上修了康芮颱風的總雨量預測，嘉義以南平地與山區總雨量均調高到500到800毫米，台中、彰化平地也提高到200到400毫米，南投、雲林平地則提高到300到500毫米。
 
根據氣象局最新統計，從今天凌晨0時至上午9時為止，嘉義中坑累積雨量達465毫米，屏東大漢山也有446.5毫米，雲林阿丹、虎尾雨量也超過400毫米，雲嘉及屏東多處地區累積雨量都達到「超大豪雨」(24小時累積雨量達350毫米以上)等級。
