【綜合報導】美國國防部官員昨透露，為了支援可能的對敘軍事行動，位於阿拉伯海域的美國核動力航空母艦尼米茲號與其他船艦，正向西航行至紅海。
 
路透報導，尼米茲號所屬的攻擊艦隊，包括4艘驅逐艦與一艘巡航艦，目前尚未收到前往地中海的命令，但先行向西移動，以備不時之需。
