【李英婷／台北報導】立法院今中午召開程序委員會，國民黨立委廖正井登記發言，要求暫緩李慶華擬請同意撤回前提「你是否同意核四廠停止興建不得運轉？」之公投提案主文案、鄭麗君擬具「台灣電力公司龍門核能電廠停建特別條例草案」、姚文智擬具「台灣與中國締結協議處理條例草案」等報告事項。此案進行表決，藍8票對綠5票，通過暫緩李慶華的撤案。

對此，國民黨團書記長林德福解釋，公投案是黨團大會決議，若要撤案也應經黨團大會同意，但國民黨尚未召開黨團大會討論，所以提案暫緩。

此外，程委會今原定討論23日召委選舉時間與地點，但因朝野協商未有結論，因此交付院會；倘若下午無法做出結論，則授權議事處列入下次會議報告事項。另，程委會原定討論審計長林慶隆續任同意案，現則擬請院會交付全院委員會審查。
