※ [本文轉錄自 Civil 看板 #1IHk5ric ] 作者: punder (爆過肝的熊) 看板: Civil 標題: [請益] 關於不足月的月薪算法 時間: Sat Sep 28 22:02:26 2013 各位前輩晚上好 小弟的工地晚上有請顧寮的阿伯 在8月26日進駐 故8月份的薪水算法應該是 月薪 / 30天 X 26~31共6日 = 0.2 月 但是公司方面卻說8月有31天所以分母應該是31不是30 算下來就變成0.19個月 小弟今天查了一下知識+的相關案例應該是我的算法比較正確 但找不到相關有力的法規來幫助陣 目前只找到民法123條 稱月或年者，依歷計算。 月或年非連續計算者，每月為30日，每年為365日。 但好像又無強制規定要月30天來算的感覺... 在此請教一下各位先進的看法如何 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.182.175
