標題[問題] 也是請教車禍保險問題---後車追撞前車

今天晚上高速公路近岡山路段北上壅塞, 走走停停 結果我的車就被後車追撞了 車上人安全無恙 車廂 保險桿 後倒車雷達破損凹陷 新車(prius E) 買兩個月 10/1換工作 通勤彰化及台南 汽車維修部分交給保險公司賠償是OK 但有幾項不在原車廠業務 想請教賠償問題 1. 維修至少要7天, 10/1 換新工作勢必要調另一台車, 想請教這部分要如何賠償(車子, 新增的油錢) 2. 有改裝部分(約十萬)需要到外廠檢查及維修,這部分要如何鑑定及賠償? 還煩請有經驗的大大給予建言啊, 感謝! ------------------------------------------------------------------ 諸事不順, 去拜拜好了~~ ※ 編輯: tingwu1031 來自: 111.252.232.40 (09/29 02:28)
