【張菱育／台北報導】近期中國大陸「十一」長假，不少台商趁返台假期看屋，業者表示，半個多月來看屋人潮增加，其中又以鎖定首購及換屋族的建案最為熱絡。

鄉林不動產研究室發現，趁回台度假兼看屋的民眾趕在年底前簽約置產，可能因美國QE(Quantitative easing量化寬鬆)政策延後退場，且短期內還不會提升房貸利息，因此想趕在利率維持低檔時進場買房。

鄉林建設目前推出新案包括延平北路六段的「鄉林左岸」、淡水紅樹林捷運站旁的「鄉林山海滙」。
