想問各位大大們…… 我於今年2月分進入一間事務所當助理當初面試時說過了試用期會調薪結果只給了一些津貼（交通、績效……）並不固定，也微乎其微＞＞＞底薪完全沒變動~~ 還跟我說半年會調一次，到現在完全沒變，津貼也沒變多…… Q請問是不是不太合理？ Q想問問大家一般上班多久會調薪呢？調多少算合理？因為這件事困擾並且心情低潮的我…… -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.245.9.164
