美國兩黨預算協商小組首次開會　分歧仍大

在美國聯邦政府關門風波結束兩星期後，由民主、共和兩黨29名議員組成的兩黨預算協商小組舉行首次公開會議。但是雙方對政府預算和稅收的立場分歧仍然明顯，相信短期要取得突破仍有難度。

小組成員之一，眾議院預算委員會主席瑞安說，政府債務問題嚴重，醫療保健等福利項目開支過大，如果不及時採取行動，將會出現債務危機，小組將精力浪費在討論如何增加稅收，將難以取得成果。

參議院預算委員會主席默里表示，美國需要用結構性的財政改革，代替目前大規模的政府開支削減計劃，並且要堵塞稅收漏洞以增加稅收。
