【王烱華／台北報導】外傳美國總統歐巴馬全球監聽，包括歐洲國家總統、總理有35人遭美方監聽，多位立委關切馬英九總統有沒有被美國監聽，國安局長蔡得勝表示，目前國安局也正在了解中，但只要使用國安局所提供的保密器材，他保證馬英九遭監聽的機率很低。

至於立委林郁方詢問蔡得勝是否有被美國監聽，蔡強調，他不是賓拉登，美國沒有必要在他身上浪費這麼多，而且他都是使用國安局所配發的保密手機，就算要監聽，也需要花費很大的工夫。

蔡並指出，國安局所研發的保密手機也配發總統、外館及重要內閣閣員，但檢察總長黃世銘並沒有配發，所以馬英九打電話給黃世銘，「不是用保密手機」。
