【林修卉╱台北報導】《壹週刊》取得西班牙政府2009年發給台灣衛生署的調查報告指出，有些台灣當地代理商習慣用各種植物油與少量的橄欖油渣混合，甚至標籤也有問題。民進黨立委陳亭妃上午舉行記者會指出，她將提案修改《食品衛生管理法》，廠商須標示油品的原產地、加工或調配、分裝地。

陳亭妃說，現行法規不夠完備，無法確實改善食安問題，她主張增修課處罰鍰應用於成立食品安全基金。
