遇到這種事何必委屈 哪家經銷商哪個業務就直接連名帶姓寫出來就好 這樣文章才有POWER，等人家來找你談就好， 頭款就當作寄放一下不用那麼擔心 畏頭畏腦只會被人吃死死 就算人家把頭款還妳，文章後面再加個幾月幾號退回多少錢即可， 除非覺得對方很有"誠意"，才再"考慮" 要不要刪除文章好嗎， 不是人家威脅就刪除! 以小弟貧弱的法律知識指出 1.在公開場合的文章只要是陳述客觀事實，而非主觀無理謾罵 不會構成毀謗或其他罪名 2.合約不是照內政部定型化契約記載規範 要主張依規範走是沒有問提，要走法律途徑勝算大 以上若有錯請指證 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.33.35.35
