我之前參加某電信電話客服派遣的職缺 受訓兩個禮拜完全都在上課 但受訓完未簽約 也完全沒有薪水@@ (受訓前會簽同意書) 打電話去勞工局申訴 勞工局說只要有勞務的提供 公司方面就必需给付應付的薪資 要能提出證明喔~ 但是若沒有勞務的付出 就看當初雙方簽約的內容協定 台中的市政府有提供免費的法律諮詢 其他縣市的或許也可以詢問看看政府單位 也沒有這方面的協助 ※ 引述《eclatmis (儒鴻)》之銘言： : 大錯特錯,我曾在家樂福打工兩天,報到前就交銀行帳號,而且打工第一天,就有勞保, : 我打工兩天,大約賺1800左右,幾天後就入帳了,而且勞保也過很多天才退,並非當天就退, : 不過家樂福的工作非常的累,流動率也超高. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.75.132
