標題[問題] 塞車路段擦撞...

請問各位 今天小弟下班時間與同向汽車發生小擦撞.. 大致過程是塞車很不爽了，然後旁邊有台車硬要插進來 因為他是在車陣開始動的時候硬轉過來，且直接轉到對向車道上 然後開始硬要插進來，所以我完全貼緊前車不想讓他... 但沒想到他還是硬插了....就聽到擦到的聲音了... 然後他也沒停就走了... 當下我也不知道該做些什麼....只能後悔讓他一下就好了 Orz... 回家後下車察看，保險桿是只有一點小痕跡（但見底漆了...） 車上有行車記錄器碰撞瞬間的聲音也沒很明顯... 想請問如果這種狀況，能去報案嗎？ 還是要自己吸收了？ （誰叫不讓人...） 影片（我只擷取開始塞車到擦撞後的畫面） http://youtu.be/kmn14iTTMpI
