新人剛到公司報到 不到 1.5 個月，一開始排我在 A工程師 下學， 互動很好 學習很好。但主管想搞給上層看他很有組織性 所幸把部門改成 不同的Team 才剛調換新Team 就被要帶不帶的 B工程師小團體 毀謗 背後捅人 流氓式誰大聲就有理， "幹" 字滿天飛，看輕新人， 主動問他問題卻都開口說先拿這個月薪資一部分來， 不然別想要我告訴你太多。 再加上第一天報到， 隔壁(即B工程師，當初初面不認識)的就跟我說 這的台灣人就愛搞內鬥 ( 露出奸笑 )。 過去員工衝突到拿椅子要揮下去了，主管看看也不處理... 這樣的公司還能待的下去嗎??? 連總經理在會議上，都對他露出不尊重與嘲諷的表情。GM說N遍了，員工還是手機響的響， 滑FB LINE 遊戲的都來 ....這..... 小弟新人，研究所時已經玩這些互桶幹架的事情玩膩了， 但現在新人 該馬上換公司嗎?? 還是留下來跟老員工好好周旋一下?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.110.74.253 ※ 編輯: kaak18 來自: 123.110.74.253 (10/02 01:33)
