美財政危機沒3年前嚴重 瑞信證：亞太股市拉回後可找買點

美國國會因預算僵局無法在大限來臨前獲得解決，部分聯邦政府17年來首度關門，引起全球關注，外界也紛紛預期將對美國經濟產生嚴重影響。但瑞信證券指出，這次美國政府關門危機，和3年前其實有相當大的不同，影響也不像上回那麼嚴重，不必過度擔心。

《工商時報》報導，瑞信證券指出，2011年時，全球景氣尚未復甦，且歐債危機嚴重，這2大因素目前都已經緩和許多，且今(2013)年美國公債佔GDP比重僅有4％，遠低於2011年時的10％。

此外，亞太部份，除日本以外，MSCI亞太區指數的絕對P/B值僅1.52倍，相較2011年7月的1.95倍要低約22％。若以股市投資價值來看，MSCI亞太區和MSCI全球股市相比，約折價20%，低於2011年7月的折價3％。

瑞信證券指出，基於上述理由，亞太區股市只要拉回就可找買點。
